What is School MS?
School MS is school management software (also called a school ERP) for Indian schools. Can parents pay fees in instalments?
Yes. For each student you choose to collect the full fee at once, or a first payment followed by monthly instalments on the same date every month. Plans can be changed later – instalments already paid stay as they are and only the balance is rescheduled.
Does it send WhatsApp messages to parents?
Yes. Connect your WhatsApp Business number and send Meta-approved template messages to parents, one at a time from their profile or automatically – on admission, fee payment, absence and more.
Is there a mobile app?
