The rules for using School MS – for schools, staff, parents and students.
Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the schoolms.one website, the School MS web application and mobile app (the “Service”), provided by Wings of Business, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“School MS”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that school.
2. The Service
School MS is school management software covering admissions, student records, fees and receipts, attendance, exams and report cards, parent communication, transport and bus tracking, hostel, staff and payroll, reports and related features. Features available to a school depend on its plan. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce the Service.
3. Accounts and access
- Schools create sign-ins for their staff, parents, students and drivers and decide what each role can access.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us or your school immediately if you suspect misuse.
- One person, one sign-in: signing in on a new device may sign you out of the old one.
4. School responsibilities
- Schools are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data they enter, including obtaining any consent needed from parents or guardians under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law.
- Schools are responsible for the content of messages, notices and calls they send through the Service, and for following WhatsApp, SMS (TRAI / DLT) and other channel rules, including sending only to people who have agreed to receive messages.
- Fees, concessions and receipts generated in the Service are based on the information the school enters; the school remains responsible for its fee decisions, taxes (including GST where applicable) and accounts.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by:
- uploading unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing content;
- sending spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- trying to access other schools' data, breaking security, or reverse-engineering the Service;
- using the Service in a way that could harm children or breach their privacy.
We may suspend access that breaches these Terms or puts users or the Service at risk.
6. Plans, credits and payment
Subscription fees, plan limits (such as students and staff) and credits for WhatsApp, SMS and AI calls are as agreed in your order or plan. Credits are used as messages and calls are sent. Fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Unpaid amounts may lead to suspension after notice. Third-party charges (for example WhatsApp conversation charges billed by Meta to the school's own account) are the school's responsibility.
7. Data and privacy
The school owns the data it enters into the Service. We process it on the school's behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination, the school may request an export of its data within a reasonable period, after which it will be deleted except where the law requires us to keep it.
8. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party services such as WhatsApp Business Platform, SMS and email providers, telephony and AI voice providers, Google Maps and Firebase. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes. Live bus locations depend on the driver's phone, GPS and network and may be delayed or inaccurate.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and content (excluding schools' data) belong to School MS and its licensors. We grant each school a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during its subscription. You may not copy, resell or create derivative works of the Service.
10. Disclaimers
We work to keep the Service available, accurate and secure, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every message or notification will be delivered.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, School MS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees the school paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Term and termination
A school's subscription continues for the period agreed in its plan and renews unless cancelled. Either party may end it as agreed in the plan, or immediately if the other party seriously breaches these Terms and does not fix it within 15 days of notice.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if unresolved, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, India.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them. Questions: info@schoolms.one.
