About School MS – school management software made for Indian schools
School MS brings admissions, fees, attendance, exams, parent messages, transport, hostel and staff into one simple system – on the web and in a mobile app for parents, students, teachers and drivers.
Why School MS exists
Most schools in India still run on a mix of paper registers, a separate fee program, spreadsheets for marks and WhatsApp groups for parents. The same information is typed again and again, mistakes creep in, and nobody – not the principal, not the accountant, not the parents – has the full picture.
School MS was created to replace that mix with one system. A student is admitted once, and their class, parents, fee plan, attendance, marks, bus and hostel all build on the same record. Teachers mark attendance and parents are told the same morning. The accountant records a payment and the receipt, the balance and the reports update on their own.
We design for the way Indian schools actually work: fee plans that differ for every family, receipts with the amount in lakh and crore, WhatsApp as the main channel to parents, and buses that parents want to track on their phones.
